I make sure documents can be trusted: that the version people are reading is the right one, and the paper trail exists to prove it. Document control and quality assurance for legal, corporate and publishing environments.
Cape Town, 7530
Over five years I've worked across legal, corporate and publishing environments, where a single overlooked inconsistency can mean a compliance gap or a client-facing error. My job is to catch them before they become business problems: reviewing content, tightening workflows, and building the kind of quiet systems that keep everyone else confident their documents are accurate, current, and audit-ready.
I'm particularly drawn to work in document governance, records management, operational reporting, and process improvement — anywhere information needs structure to stay reliable.

If there is one thing I've learnt over the years: there is never a final version. New questions emerge, priorities shift, and yesterday's processes no longer fit today's reality. I treat every document, every spreadsheet, every dashboard as a living, breathing thing.
My approach is to build systems that evolve with that change, removing what's no longer useful, strengthening what matters, and making sure the information people rely on remains accurate, traceable and relevant.
